Hronia polla to all who celebrate their name day today!

March 25 marks the 197th anniversary of the start of the Greek Revolution. Think about that for just a moment — 197 years. This weekend — and in some cities, for the next month or so — we’ll commemorate this monumental and historic event. Ελευθερία ή θάνατος – Freedom or death — was the battle cry. It was a valiant and hard-fought effort, and the Greeks prevailed.

May we live up to their incredibly legacy.

Happy Greek Independence Day
